What is Core Team Cohort?
We have a problem understanding and using Islam in our daily lives, we lack in skills, intellectualism and attitude to understand Islam and then use it as a life code. Doing just charity seems so okaish! that nobody wants to invest themselves for the glory of deen Allah. People have become so familiar with a charity that striving for Deen (Jahad) is considered taboo or they may have found a different definition of Jahad. But if we look back, in just 10 years with Prophet Muhammad’s PBUH leadership, Islam flourished. It’s been over 1300 years since then, and we still haven’t gotten back to that level. It shows there’s a big problem. We need to focus on learning more about Islam and living by its teachings.
The Core Team Cohort is a transformative six-month fellowship designed to cultivate not only the development of youth’s attitude, intellectualism, and skills but also to instill in them a deep sense of spiritual striving rooted in seeking repentance and rewards from Allah alone. Through a comprehensive curriculum and experiential learning, participants undergo a journey of self-discovery and growth, equipping them with the tools and mindset necessary to become proactive individuals dedicated to both personal and spiritual advancement. With a focus on holistic development, this fellowship empowers youth to embrace their potential, align their goals with divine guidance, and actively contribute to their communities with sincerity and purpose.

Young people aged 16 – 35 around Pakistan pursuing any professional degree or graduated can apply for the opened positions and can be a part of the Core Team Cohort
Being a part of core team is a dream comes true experience for youth who are just looking to serve Allah. This fellowship not only make them proficient but also open the doors of self-reflection, identifying their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.

Selection Criteria involves the accurate form filling with with true information. Often applicants provided information is checked and they got rejected over false information.
Once done with form submission then comes Interview Phases. Starting with technical interview and to understand your deeni knowledge. After clearance you will join the team as per the provided dates.
